Business Policies 

RETURN POLICY: 

All custom orders are final sales and can not be returned or exchanged. 

Processing Time – All custom orders have up to 7 business days to be completed upon being shipped out. All store inventory will be shipped out immediately. 

Shipping – USPS Standard shipping takes up to 4 business days to receive. Express shipping takes up to 2 business days.

Local pick up is available at no cost if location is in Sun City, Ruskin, Apollo Beach, or Riverview. For pick up locations outside of said cities, please include a $10 surcharge.  All customers are responsible for any import or customs taxes on their end according to the country’s regulations.

Once package leaves our fulfilment location Carly’s Creations is no longer responsible for any damaged, lost, empty, or stolen packages. You would have to contact your local Post office or USPS and file a claim with them. 

Insurance - All orders come with $100.00 in coverage. Additional Insurance is available if needed. 

Custom T-shirts – We offer sublimation, Dtf & vinyl. Sublimation designs are done on white polyester t-shirts. DTF prints and vinyl can be done on any color and style t-shirt. 

Handmade Items - Please be aware of imperfections in your resin creations. They are created by hand and small holes may occur during the curing process. 

Preordering – Is ordering an item before it gets in stock. You are placing an order with Carly’s Creations directly from our vendor. Our suppliers are not local and with shipping and customizations, inventory orders may take up to 2-4 weeks.
