Shipping policy

Shipping – USPS Standard shipping takes up to 4 business days to receive. Express shipping takes up to 2 business days.

Local pick up is available at no cost. All customers are responsible for any import or customs taxes on their end according to the country’s regulations.

Once package leaves our fulfilment location Carly’s Creations is no longer responsible for any damaged, lost, empty, or stolen packages. You would have to contact your local Post office or USPS and file a claim with them. 

Insurance - All orders come with $100.00 in coverage. Additional Insurance is available if needed.
